Molinard Houppette French Powder Puff Mib Bakelite DecoPretty french tortuise shell handle conceals a pink powedr puff. The puff opens by unscrewing the top and pushing out the puff. At the other end of the handle the cap unscrews to reveal a powder compartment. This powder puff comes in it's original molinard box and is marked at the end france-etranger made in france. It measures 3 1/2in long by 3/4in wide. It is from the 1930's and made of bakelite. Very fun item.
